He is wearing one of the mage robes that's bundled in with the Dungeons and Dragons Adventurer Career mod by Lost Pantheon. I have a lot of his career mods installed because he includes some really nice medieval themed clothes and accessories. They are meant to be used as the Career outfit, but the items can easily be used as everyday outfits if you use the Master Controller to turn off the outfit filter.
