To protect an arranged relationship, I go into the two Sim's individual story progression settings (NRaas - Story Progression - Sim Options) and adjust these variables:
Flirt: Affair Adultery Chance (set to 0) Flirt: Affair Liaison Chance (set to 0)
Romance: Arranged Marriage Sim. Select this and you'll get a list of all the sims in your world. Select the one you want for the sim whose options you're adjusting. In this case Saje.
You'll need to go into caste options and make a new caste. For this example I'll call it "ArSaje". Add both Aryon and Saje to this caste by selecting Caste: Manual in their Story Progression settings.
When you select Romance: Allow Partner Caste you'll get a list of all the castes you have. Select "ArSaje". Do this for both characters.
To be really safe you can select Romance: Disallow Partner Caste and select everything except ArSaje.
This is how I've kept James from getting involved with anyone in my Moonlight Falls/Gloria game. This is also how I've managed to make sure that Rabinna and RiData end up together.
Let me know if any of this isn't clear. I needed to pull the game up and look at Neldor's setting while writing this. There are so many things in the settings list that it's difficult to remember everything off the top of my head.
