11th of Sun's Dawn, 428 3E
Today was the start of Neldor's new work hours and neither of us like them at all, but more on that momentarily. First, here is today's news;
"I was just following my heart!" exclaimed a stunned Crassius Curio after receiving a pummeling from a local thug. "How was I supposed to know that Neloth didn't like pink roses? Had I known I would have given him red! Or white! Or yellow!"

After deciding that he was feeling pretty banged up, Crassius Curio has decided to check into the healing center to make sure nothing is broken.
Following this brief story there was a mention that Crassius' friend and housemate, a Dunmer named Odros, was accused of being a peeping tom when he was caught looking at Neloth's house through a Dwemer telescope.

So...Neloth has a house here in New Pelagiad? Why? Because of Sarasvati? If he's going so far as to hang around here to be closer to her, he really is obsessed. I hope Master Neloth doesn't cause problems for Sarasvati and Thorinor.
Now regarding Neldor's new hours since he went up a rank in the Adventurer's Guild. He now has to be on duty from 9PM to 5AM. Now I'm thinking he should have sought work with the new theater. Yes, he would be working in the evenings, but not all night. For now he's going to have to sleep during the day and that's not easy for most people to do.
To make matters worse, there is a full moon tonight which is when the mysterious zombies have been appearing and roaming around. Right now as I look out the window I can see that the odd green tinge that signals that the zombies are about is in the air. As Neldor was heading out I pleaded with him to be very careful on his way into town (although I knew he would be. The mer is not stupid).
When he reached the guild hall he sent a text message to my communicator to let me know he had reached his destination safely and that I was to feel free to get some sleep. I feel guilty retiring for the night when I know Neldor is going to be on duty until the wee hours of the morning, but I do need my rest since I am on duty at the guild hall tomorrow.
The way our schedules are now, Neldor will be coming home just as I am leaving. For now I don't think we're going to see much of each other.
Spring can't get here soon enough.

I had a good laugh at peeping tom Odros. A telescope, no less. At least he wasn't peering at the Gruesomes. That could be traumatic.

The townsfolk would start complaining about getting messages on their phones that contain pictures of Neloth in the bathtub. :)

What would be really funny is if Odros caught images in the windows of the Gruesomes by mistake.

I wonder how many people might think that Neloth sent the images out intending to only send them to Sarasvati but he accidentally sent them to everyone.

That horrified scream everyone heard was Odros when he saw that he had the "tele-camera" pointed the wrong way. ;)
Anther plot bunny that popped in my head involves those jelly-bean bushes; Gilvoth and Neloth get their beans planted but don't realize that the ground has already been fertilized with unicorn feces. So one morning they go out to their field and see bushes filled with brightly colored jelly beans.
Gilvoth: "What in Oblivion happened here?! What's wrong with our beans?!"
